We always emphasize working interactively with the whole person, clearing underlying causes of unwanted attitudes, behavior and emotions. The program includes brief lecture, demonstrations, and direct experience in a comfortable relaxed setting. You will evolve yourself in a deep and powerful way as you learn the methods for helping others transform and become more successful with hypnosis. You will practice hypnotic techniques with other participants, beginning the first day of class. The supervised practice sessions are as vital to our program as the lectures and demonstrations. We encourage each student to develop his or her own creative styles of induction and therapy and to explore many facets of giving and experiencing hypnotherapy.
In Session 1, you will learn how to induce trance easily and consistently and by the end of the weekend, will be able to lead almost anyone into a deep and useful trance. You will become familiar with the language patterns of hypnosis and be able to gently guide another person to a positive change. You will:

Learn exactly what hypnosis is and how to use it
- Learn powerful and inductions to help people access a deep trance in just a few minutes

Learn how to prevent or eliminate resistance to hypnosis or to change in the trance state

Learn the art of suggestion, and how to help people get the most from a hypnotic session

Learn how to utilize pseudo–orientation in time

Learn methods for self–hypnosis

Session 2: For Habit Change and Creating Motivation
During Session 2, you will learn how to induce trance easily and consistently and by the end of the weekend will be able to lead almost anyone into a deep and useful trance. You will become familiar with the language patterns of hypnosis and be able to gently guide another person to a positive change. You will learn to use these skills in habit management and creating motivation. You will learn:
- Four steps to habit management
- How to change habits
- Creating commitments to the future--Behind compelling future—move both towards and away
- Lean how to utilize hypnosis for motivation including:
- Success visualization
- Direct suggestion
- Submodalities and Hypnosis
- The Structure of Commitment
- Scramble Technique—a re-punctuation of events that changes the pattern of a problem
- Overcoming Urges—Hypnotic Pattern Interruptions
- Confusion Techniques—Loosen the hold of old habits and ideas
- Using hypnosis to honor the rhythm of your life
- Dealing with eating, smoking, and other impulsive or addictive behaviors
- Inspiring people to do their best

During Session 3, you will learn the language of influence. You will learn how to use Hypnosis and...
- Avoid other's resistance to your ideas
Identify why people buy or make yes or no decisions
Understand and utilize language pattern that get people to agree
Learn the win-win frame and how to use it
- Learn the advanced influencing patterns of Milton H. Erickson
Session 4: Advanced Hypnosis
In Session 4 you will learn Advanced Patterns in Using NLP and Hypnosis:
- Use hypnosis to work with beliefs and belief systems in the trance state
- Learn how to re-sequence and/or integrate internal conflicts in the trance state
