Meet the NLP and Coaching Institute Staff
Paul Hallbom, Operations Manager
Paul's primary focus at NLPCA is overseeing the day to day operations at the Institute, which includes spending a lot of time on the phone answering questions, and being of service to the people who call in from all over the world. Paul originally studied Business Administration at the University of Utah, and has funneled his passion for business and management into his everyday work. Prior to working at NLPCA, he was a Store Manager in the grocery industry for 8 years, where he learned the fine art of multitasking– which has really benefitted him in his work at the Institute. During his free time, Paul enjoys cooking gourmet dinners, gardening in his backyard, playing pool with his friends, spending time outdoors, and going fly fishing in the beautiful lakes and streams throughout his native state of Utah.
Carla D’Amato, Program & Community Outreach Coordinator
Carla D’Amato is the community outreach and program coordinator for NLPCA. She has worked with Tim and Kris off and on over the last 17 years. Within that time period Carla has become a certified NLP master health practitioner and a clinical hypnotherapist. She is driven to empower others to create their life as a work of art and utilize the abundance of practical how-to tools that are available. Most likely when you call or e-mail the institute inquiring about one of our programs, Carla will be the person you will reach first. Her passion for NLP and living an authentic life is expressed through her gift to deeply connect with people who also seek to enhance their lives with NLP skills and tools and create a better world for all of Earth’s inhabitants. Carla’s connection with the Earth has also led her to pursue a degree in eco-psychology, using nature as a reflection for deep healing and transformation. She recently finished her BS in psychology and anthropology, and considers herself a life-long earth school student. She also loves gardening, hiking, drumming and spending time with her family.
