Meet the NLP California Staff

Paul Hallbom

Paul Hallbom, Operations Manager

Paul's primary focus at NLPCA is overseeing the day to day operations at the Institute, which includes spending a lot of time on the phone answering questions, and being of service to the people who call in from all over the world. Paul originally studied Business Administration at the University of Utah, and has funneled his passion for business and management into his everyday work. Prior to working at NLPCA, he was a Store Manager in the grocery industry for 8 years, where he learned the fine art of multitasking– which has really benefitted him in his work at the Institute. During his free time, Paul enjoys cooking gourmet dinners, gardening in his backyard, playing pool with his friends, spending time outdoors, and going fly fishing in the beautiful lakes and streams throughout his native state of Utah.
