Who we are:
We have been involved with NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and NLP Coaching since 1979. We have conducted many NLP certification programs and our life coach trainers have trained NLP and coaching throughout the world. We have a clear intent as an institute.
Our Mission:
To discover "what works" in the realms of human effectiveness and change, interpersonal communications, and systemic thinking and share it with others. Further, to provide information and skill development with the highest possible quality, with integrity, and with a deep commitment to the personal development and professional development of each person with whom we work.
Our Vision:
To create and participate in an organization which helps to organize and support a community of people who discover and use understandings from NLP, systemic thinking, and other related fields to make their lives richer and fuller and the world a better, happier place.
Our Strategy:
To operate an organization that is a vehicle for the dissemination of "what works" valuing practicality, relationship, integrity, respect, 
quality, and effectiveness. Our clear capabilities are: world class training and consulting skills, creativity, energy, an ability to see the big picture as well as the details, a deep understanding of what is NLP as well as human patterning, systemic thinking, and human energetics, and a genuine commitment to our student's and client's personal and professional development.
